This full-time Barista position based at Arnold & Porter presents an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about coffee and hospitality to join a dynamic foodservice team. The Barista role is responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee and espresso beverages while maintaining superior food safety and sanitation standards following HACCP guidelines. Key responsibilities include preparing espresso drinks accurately according to standardized recipes, efficiently managing point-of-sale transactions, and ensuring an inviting and clean service environment. The position demands excellent customer interaction skills to deliver friendly, courteous service and address client needs promptly, contributing to an outstanding customer experience. The schedule is Monday and Friday from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, and Tuesday through Thursday from 6:30 am to 4:00 pm, reflecting a reliable full-time work commitment.
