We are currently seeking full-time and part-time Baristas to join our team at Ascension St. Vincent's Medical Riverside, located at 1 Schircliff Way, Jacksonville, Florida. This role is pivotal in creating a hospitable environment by preparing and serving coffee, espresso drinks, and related food and beverage items. The position requires adherence to HACCP guidelines to ensure food safety and quality standards, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Our Baristas interact with a diverse range of customers, providing courteous and efficient service, handling transactions accurately, and maintaining the presentation and temperature of food and beverages to consistently meet high standards.

This job offers an opportunity to work Monday through Friday with flexible hours depending on the shift schedule, which will be discussed in more detail during the interview process. The pay range for this position is from $15.00 to $16.00 per hour, reflecting our commitment to recognizing the valuable contributions of our team members. Prior barista experience is preferred, and prior customer service experience is required, as the role demands strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for serving others.
