Job Requirements
- a true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- refined verbal communication skills
- ability to stand for long periods of time
- ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 25 pounds)
- must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- ability to operate point-of-sale systems
- basic knowledge of Starbucks beverage preparation preferred
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- prepare and serve Starbucks beverages in accordance with brand and menu standards
- greet guests warmly and take beverage and retail orders accurately
- assist guests with the purchase of gifts, sundries, snacks, and beverages
- operate point-of-sale systems for food, beverage, and retail transactions
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage station and retail space
- stock, rotate, and merchandise products as needed
- provide knowledgeable assistance and recommendations to enhance the guest experience
