Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- requires a minimum of 1 year of experience working as a server or barista
- excellent listening and communication skills
- a strong focus on customer satisfaction is required for this position
- practice basic safety procedures with respect to equipment and handling hot beverages
- must be efficient and organized
- must be able to speak, read and understand the English language
- maintain a clean work environment
- keep supplies replenished to minimize downtime
