Job Duties
- Greet each guest with genuine enthusiasm and create a welcoming environment

- Resolve customer concerns calmly and professionally
- Maintain a high standard of guest service even during peak hours
- Support coworkers by being a positive team player especially during busy shifts
- Communicate openly and respectfully with team and leadership
- Balance making drinks, assisting guests, and keeping station clean
- Stay calm and prioritize when juggling multiple tasks or requests
- Actively learn new skills such as drink recipes and point-of-sale systems
