Job Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso beverages, teas, and specialty drinks to established standards
- Accurately take customer orders and process transactions using the POS system
- Deliver professional, warm, and attentive customer service at all times
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing café environment, including workstations, equipment, and guest areas
- Restock and monitor inventory of supplies such as cups, lids, and ingredients
- Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and operational guidelines
- Complete daily opening/closing duties and assigned operational tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
