Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso beverages, teas, and specialty drinks to established standards
  • Accurately take customer orders and process transactions using the POS system
  • Deliver professional, warm, and attentive customer service at all times
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing café environment, including workstations, equipment, and guest areas
  • Restock and monitor inventory of supplies such as cups, lids, and ingredients
  • Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and operational guidelines
  • Complete daily opening/closing duties and assigned operational tasks
