This part-time position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and have a genuine interest in delivering top-tier customer service in a community-centric setting. The role encompasses a variety of responsibilities including barista and bartending duties, food preparation, customer interaction, and maintaining a professional and inviting environment. Job Requirements
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- At least one year of experience working as a barista, bartender, and/or food preparation
- Experience in and passion for consumer service
- Willingness to learn new skills and be a team player
- Ability to handle cash register tasks
- Knowledgeable of menu items and able to communicate food and beverage offerings effectively
- Ability to follow proper procedures and deliver consistent, quality beverages
- Maintain good personal hygiene and professional image
- Ability to work well with a team and prioritize tasks
- Intrinsically motivated and takes pride in own work
- Ability to stay calm, organized, and efficient when busy
- Regular walking, standing, bending, stooping, lifting up to 50lbs
- Ability and desire to obey all local, state, and federal laws
- Ability to verbally communicate with guests and other associates
- Ability to memorize and become knowledgeable of menu items
- Ability to speak effectively before customers
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages
- Maintains a willingness to learn and to be flexible
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provides exceptional, friendly customer service
- Maintains a clean, professional work environment
- Performs barista and bartending duties such as crafting and preparing a variety of customer beverage orders, such as espresso drinks and cocktails
- Prepares and serves food to the quality standards of the shop and health department
- Operates espresso machine, POS, and other equipment professionally
- Assists customers in the selection and purchasing of retail and menu offerings
- Represents the vision for Finley Farms and The Workshop
- Cultivates a sense of community by fostering customer relationships
- Assists with special events, such as birthday parties, wedding receptions, meetings, etc.
- All other duties as assigned
