Job Requirements
- Maintain schedule availability of at least two days per week that meet business needs

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by following service steps with quality engagement and friendly service
- Prepare handcrafted beverages and products to high standards in taste, appearance, and consistency
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace by collaborating with coworkers, seeking feedback, and supporting operations
- Drive sales through suggestive selling, product education, and sampling
- Demonstrate reliability through consistent attendance, punctuality, and timely task completion
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked coffee bar
- Work efficiently and calmly in a fast-paced environment
