Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 16
- Legally authorized to work in the country where the job is located
- Availability to work at least two days per week that meet business needs, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights or holidays
- Ability to perform physical tasks required for the role
- Compliance with Peet's Employment of Minors policies when applicable
- Strong attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 16
- Legally eligible to work in the country of employment
- Ability to maintain schedule availability of at least two days per week including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, or holidays
- Ability to perform various physical tasks during the work shift
- Willingness to work with and among minors in compliance with company policies
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and team collaboration abilities
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by following Peet's service steps with quality engagement and friendly service
- Prepare handcrafted beverages and products to Peet's high standards in taste, appearance, and consistency
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace by collaborating with coworkers and supporting operations
- Drive sales through suggestive selling, product education, and sampling
- Demonstrate reliability through consistent attendance, punctuality, and timely task completion
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked coffee bar with urgency and composure in a fast-paced environment
