They are currently seeking passionate Baristas to join their team at this new location. Baristas at Better Buzz Coffee play a key role in delivering the company's mission of connection, authenticity, and energetic service. The position offers a base pay of $17 per hour, with team members eligible to earn tips averaging approximately $4.00 per hour once the location is open to the public. Tips can vary but are typically generous due to the excellent service and positive atmosphere the team creates. As a Barista, you will work in a fast-paced environment that demands a strong work ethic, punctuality, and adaptability. The job includes serving fast, friendly, and genuine customer service while being knowledgeable about coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks. Baristas are cross-trained to work at various cafe positions including cashiering, expo duties, drive-thru operations (if applicable), online and third-party delivery support, and back-of-house cooking and food prep. This multi-tasking skill set ensures a smooth customer experience and presents opportunities for learning the entirety of the business operations.
