Better Buzz is currently seeking enthusiastic, energetic, and hospitable individuals to join their team as Baristas. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a lively, high-energy environment where every day begins early and moves fast. Baristas at Better Buzz are more than just coffee makers; they are ambassadors of the brand's culture, delivering exceptional service through friendly, genuine interactions. The position is a part-time role requiring availability for at least 22 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation includes a base pay of $17.00 per hour, with additional tips averaging approximately $4.00 per hour, reflecting the excellent service and positive energy each team member brings to the role.

As a Better Buzz Barista, you will be expected to be gregarious, fostering great coffee moments through engaging conversations. You should excel in making everyone feel like an old friend, always ready to accommodate guest needs to improve their day. The role demands competitive spirit—striving to be your best every shift—and energetic positivity that uplifts the entire café atmosphere. Baristas work in all café positions, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability, including preparing food items to order and maintaining cleanliness and safety across the store.
