Job Requirements
- Ability to work at least 22 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to undergo training at the San Jacinto location
- Basic food handling and safety knowledge preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- Positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred
- Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service
- Strong communicator with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends and holidays
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Job Duties
- Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service
- Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks
- Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards
- Work all cafe positions including cashier, expo, drive-thru, third-party delivery, and back of house
- Keep the cafe clean, safe, and ready for guests and teammates
- Support a fun, energetic, and team-oriented environment
- Participate in dedicated training with a certified Training Ambassador
