Better Buzz Coffee is excited to announce the opening of a brand new location in the Hesperia area, slated for July 2026. This new venue will bring the much-loved Buzz experience to a new neighborhood, and the company is actively seeking motivated Baristas to join their team at 13140 Main St., Hesperia, CA 92345. The role is designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented settings and who appreciate the rewarding feeling of contributing to a customer's day by serving excellent coffee and providing outstanding guest experiences. As a Barista at Better Buzz Coffee, you will be trained extensively at the San Jacinto location with the support of a certified Training Ambassador to ensure you are well-prepared to uphold the company's high standards.

This position offers a base pay of $17 per hour, with additional tips averaging approximately $4.00 per hour once the new Hesperia location opens.
