Compensation for this role includes a base pay of $15.15 per hour, supplemented by tips averaging approximately $4.00 per hour, though actual tip earnings may vary based on location, hours worked, service quality, and customer generosity. Better Buzz values reliability and punctuality, expecting baristas to be available to work at least 22 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
