Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Availability to work at least 22 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Punctuality and reliability
- Ability to follow health, safety, and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred
- Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service
- Strong communicator with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Able to work at least 22 hours per week
Job Duties
- Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service
- Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks
- Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards
- Work all café positions including kitchen duties to make food to order
- Keep the café spaces clean, safe, and ready for guests and teammates
- Produce drink and food items to standard recipe specifications
- Stock all necessary ingredients according to each station's needs
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products and areas
