Job Requirements
- Available to work at least 22 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- Ability to rise early and maintain high energy during shifts

Job Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred
- Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service
- Strong communicator with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and available nights, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Job Duties
- Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service
- Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks
- Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards
- Work all café positions including kitchens, demonstrating adaptability and cross-training
- Keep spaces clean, safe, and always ready for guests and teammates
- Produce drink and food items to standard recipe specifications
- Stock all necessary ingredients according to station needs
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
