Job Requirements
- Able to work at least 22 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- Capacity to engage with customers in a friendly and hospitable manner
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in coffee or food service preferred
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred
- Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service
- Strong communicator with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends and holidays
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Job Duties
- Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service
- Be knowledgeable about coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks
- Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards
- Work all café positions including food preparation in the kitchen
- Keep all spaces clean and safe, ready for guests and teammates
- Produce proper drink and food items to standard recipe specifications
- Stock necessary ingredients according to each station's needs
- Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products and areas
