- Consistently support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality
- possess a passion for coffee and ability to prepare classic espresso beverages such as cappuccinos, macchiatos, cortados
- demonstrate an ability to dial in espresso and pull great shots consistently with the ability to create latte art
- work with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
- perform additional responsibilities as needed and other duties as assigned to support team objectives and operational success
