The new Phoenix location is actively seeking dedicated and energetic Baristas to join their team. This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for great coffee and possess a natural ability to connect with customers through warm hospitality and engaging conversation. As a Barista at Better Buzz Coffee, you will be instrumental in delivering the signature Better Buzz experience, ensuring each guest receives fast, friendly, and genuine service. New hires will undergo comprehensive training at an existing location, learning everything from preparing premium beverages and food items to mastering the nuances of customer interaction and teamwork.

Baristas are cross-trained in various café roles, including kitchen duties, cashiering, expo, drive-thru operations (if available), and managing third-party delivery as well as online orders.
