Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- occasional lifting up to 30 pounds required
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to maintain a professional appearance
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- basic math skills for payment processing
Job Qualifications
- Outgoing and social personality with a passion for guest service
- excellent communication and listening skills with a positive, can-do attitude
- ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and product quality
- previous experience is a plus but not required
- physical ability to stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by connecting with customers and preparing quality beverages and products
- stay knowledgeable about menu items, seasonal specials, and preparation techniques while recommending menu options to customers
- maintain a clean and organized workspace, performing all cleaning, opening, and closing duties
- process all payment methods accurately and efficiently
- serve as an ambassador by maintaining a professional and polished personal appearance
- perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations
