Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months experience in high volume food service or equivalent education and experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests in English
- Present an image of excitement, enthusiasm, and outgoing personality while projecting professional appearance
- Possess basic math skills to include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division relevant to position responsibilities
- Experience with 10-key adding machine
- Detail oriented
- Good guest service skills
- Ability to work in a smoking environment
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Create a positive atmosphere
- Build and retain guest relations and mentor team members to provide superior guest service
- Provide information on all aspects of Hard Rock services and facilities to guests
- Quote accurate waiting times and handle waiting guests according to service standards
- Handle cash bank pickup, countdown, and return from miscellaneous count
- Maintain accurate cash balance and handle money securely
- Maintain dining room cleanliness including bussing tables and sweeping floor
- Attend and participate in meetings and complete follow-ups as assigned
- Perform work regularly and predictably
- Perform other duties as assigned
