Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year relevant experience
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- capability to work any shift including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- must obtain gaming licensure through background check
- willingness to work in a fast-paced, noisy, and sometimes smoky casino environment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, coffee bar, or barista role
- experience in cashiering and money handling preferred
- ability to create a positive, memorable guest experience
- commitment to exceed position responsibilities
- professional appearance and outgoing personality
- effective communication in English
- flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet and take guest orders in a courteous and efficient manner
- prepare hot and cold food orders including coffee and espresso drinks and sandwiches
- collect various forms of payment and process orders using the cash register
- keep service area, guest tables, and storage area clean, sanitary, and organized
- handle and resolve customer concerns or relay complaints and compliments to the Assistant Manager
- perform all side work and stock supplies at assigned station
- maintain food service carts in the outlet
- promote positive public and employee relations
- complete all set-up and closing duties timely
- perform other assigned duties
