Currently, Beans & Brews Coffee House is seeking full-time and part-time Baristas to join their dedicated team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about coffee and eager to learn more about specialty coffee culture and preparation. Baristas at Beans & Brews play a critical role in maintaining the quality and consistency of coffee and non-coffee beverages, ensuring each guest receives an extraordinary experience with every visit. The position offers a wage range of $11.40 to $14.00 per hour, reflecting the company’s commitment to fair compensation and recognition of skill and dedication.

In this role, Baristas are responsible for preparing high-quality products utilizing an espresso machine, blenders, and other beverage preparation equipment. Beyond beverage creation, Baristas are expected to contribute to the cleanliness and organization of the coffee house by performing basic housekeeping duties. Additionally, they will gain experience in cash handling, point of sale (POS) operations, and computer skills, helping to build a versatile skill set that is valuable in the hospitality and retail industries.
