Job Requirements
- Must have held a valid driver’s license for at least one year
- must be at least 18 years of age
- willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends
- must enjoy drinking specialty coffee
- ability to stand for long periods
- basic proficiency with technology such as google chat
- reliable and punctual
- willing to undergo training and cross-training
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- passion for coffee and customer service
- ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to follow recipes and maintain cleanliness
- valid driver’s license held for at least one year
- be at least 18 years of age
- willingness to cross-train and learn new skills
Job Duties
- Greet customers with a smile as they enter
- answer customer questions regarding ingredients/menu items
- take orders while paying close attention to all details
- prepare beverages following recipes
- serve beverages and prepare food (cookies, pastries, muffins)
- keep the coffee bar clean, organized, and stocked at all times
- manage inventory of the coffee bar supplies and placing orders as needed
- utilize google chat ordering systems for employees
- check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
- comply with health and safety regulations
- provide excellent customer service
- be a team player
- have fun practicing latte art
- cross-train as a receptionist
