This full-time, non-management Food and Beverage team member position at Courtyard in Elizabeth offers a competitive pay range of $23.94 to $26.60 per hour. The role is integral to ensuring the smooth daily operation of the food and beverage services, primarily focusing on customer interaction, order processing, food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness and organization across workstations. Candidates in this position will be entrusted with opening and closing duties, including organizing supplies and equipment, thorough cleaning of all areas, securing premises, and ensuring smooth cash handling procedures.

The role requires the use of systems such as MICROS for order entry and cash register operations. Responsibilities also include preparing foods and beverages such as coffee, maintaining clean dining and service areas throughout the shift, and performing various physical tasks such as lifting or moving objects up to 25 pounds. Excellence in customer service, adherence to company safety policies, and helping create a welcoming, professional environment by maintaining a polished appearance are essential components of this job.
