This role is essential in maintaining Lowes' Foods' reputation for excellent service and product quality. As a team member, you will be engaged in delivering consistent service to all guests by ensuring store standards and merchandising programs are upheld. Your primary focus will be to provide prompt and friendly service, prepare products such as fresh roasted coffee, and support merchandising efforts throughout the store. You will have an important role in engaging guests through product demonstrations and samples using brewing and roasting equipment, enhancing their shopping experience.

In addition, you will ensure the store maintains proper inventory levels of products and supplies, following merchandising and operational guidelines. Your duties include product preparation, receiving, stocking, rotating merchandise, and cleaning to meet the store's sanitation and safety standards. You will also handle scheduled public announcements and assist management with various tasks as needed. This role requires a proactive attitude, an ability to work well with customers and team members alike, and a commitment to upholding the store's strong standards of cleanliness, safety, and product quality.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly, outgoing personality and excellent communication skills. You should be physically capable of performing the job's demands, including lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally and being on your feet for extended periods. You will be expected to learn multiple tasks related to brewing, roasting, and merchandising, while also supporting and training other team members.
