We are currently seeking full-time Baristas who will be an essential part of our team, the perfect blend to deliver exceptional service and create memorable customer experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing specialty drinks including coffees, teas, and other beverages following brand standards, as well as assisting with food preparation. You will operate the cash register or POS system, handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, and provide friendly service by greeting customers and anticipating their needs. The position involves setting up and breaking down coffee bars and stations, maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment, stocking beverage coolers, grab-and-go items, service ware, and condiments, and adhering strictly to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

The Barista role at Aramark not only requires handling food and beverage preparation with attention to detail and quality but also entails performing cashier duties, including balancing cash drawers and filling out cashier slips for deposits as per company policies. Employees must follow Aramark's cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and security.
