Job Duties

- Maintain a high standard of guest service during peak hours
- Support coworkers and communicate openly and respectfully within the team
- Take initiative to clean, stock, and restock stations efficiently
- Balance making drinks, assisting guests, and keeping the workstation clean while managing multiple tasks
- Learn new skills including drink recipes and point-of-sale systems
- Adapt to guest needs with flexibility, including off-menu requests
