  • Support coworkers and communicate openly and respectfully within the team
  • Take initiative to clean, stock, and restock stations efficiently
  • Balance making drinks, assisting guests, and keeping the workstation clean while managing multiple tasks
  • Learn new skills including drink recipes and point-of-sale systems
  • Adapt to guest needs with flexibility, including off-menu requests
