The role of Barista & Cashier at Hell Yeah! Gluten Free Bakery's pop-up is central to delivering a warm, welcoming guest experience. This position requires an individual who can effectively juggle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic and fast-paced café setting. The Barista & Cashier will expertly prepare coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages to meet company standards, ensuring that every cup served aligns with the bakery’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Alongside beverage preparation, the role involves handling cash and card transactions using a POS system, assisting guests with menu inquiries, and offering tailored product recommendations.

Additionally, this role supports daily café operations by helping maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house environment, beverage stations, and dining areas. The Barista & Cashier also restocks pastries, beverages, retail items, and supplies throughout shifts to keep the bakery running smoothly. Light food preparation and packaging will be part of the routine tasks, requiring adherence to all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines.

Working closely with the bakery, kitchen, and front-of-house teams, the Barista & Cashier contributes to the strong collaborative spirit of the pop-up. Candidates for this role should be dependable, friendly, and organized, with a passion for hospitality and a genuine interest in creating memorable guest experiences. Flexibility is key as the schedule includes mornings, weekends, and holidays, accommodating both part-time and full-time availability.
