Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
must have or be willing to obtain retail dealer license certification on or prior to first day
flexible to work mornings, weekends, and holidays
ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
reliable and punctual
able to stand for extended periods during shifts

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
excellent communication skills
previous barista or cashier experience preferred but not required
ability to work flexible hours including mornings, weekends, and holidays
strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
capability to learn and follow food safety and retail regulations
retail dealer license certification (DLC) or willingness to obtain before start date
