Job Requirements

Previous barista experience or coffee industry knowledge preferred
A passion for coffee is a plus

Job Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
Operate Toast POS system to process orders accurately and efficiently
Greet customers warmly, take their orders, and answer questions about menu items
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and food handling with accuracy and integrity
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the cafe area, including food preparation and serving areas
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction
Assist with stocking supplies, managing inventory levels, and organizing the cafe workspace
