We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Barista Cashier to join our team. This full-time, in-person role offers a starting pay of $14.00 per hour and is perfect for individuals passionate about coffee and customer service. As a Barista Cashier, you will be the friendly and skilled face behind the counter, responsible for preparing a wide variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair. Your expertise in operating point-of-sale systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS will ensure smooth and accurate transactions. Beyond beverage crafting, you will handle cashier duties with accuracy, maintain food safety standards, and contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the café. This position demands a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.

Additionally, our café operates a unique tipping policy where all tips are pooled and evenly distributed among the entire staff weekly, promoting a collaborative and fair work environment.
