Job Requirements
- availability for at least one weekday and one weekend day
- availability for shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Saturday Sunday Monday and Wednesday
- ability to work part-time
- ability to stand for extended periods
- basic cash handling skills
- friendly and positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- must be dependable and team-oriented
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- customer service experience preferred but not required
- willingness to learn and adapt
Job Duties
- prepare espresso drinks teas and other beverages to recipe standards
- provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
- operate POS system and handle cash transactions accurately
- restock supplies clean equipment and maintain a tidy workstation
- assist with light prep as needed
- keep the cafe lobby and restrooms clean
