Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a barista or cashier
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast and Square POS
- Knowledge of food safety standards and protocols
- Basic math skills for handling cash and giving accurate change
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience operating POS systems

- Ability to serve food safely while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in a caf? setting
- Strong communication skills coupled with a friendly demeanor that fosters a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of coffee beverages teas and other specialty drinks with precision and flair ensuring quality and consistency
- Operate POS systems such as Toast and Square POS to process sales accurately and efficiently
- Greet customers warmly take their orders and provide friendly attentive service to enhance their caf? experience
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy including cash handling cashiering and basic math calculations for change
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by properly handling food items preparing light food offerings and adhering to food safety protocols
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high-quality service
- Assist with inventory management restocking supplies and ensuring the caf? environment is inviting and organized
