Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- knowledge of food safety and handling certifications
- ability to operate POS system accurately
- excellent communication skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capacity to work flexible hours including mornings
- adherence to company grooming and uniform standards
- compliance with attendance and punctuality policies
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a food service or hospitality environment preferred
- knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
- proficiency in operating a point of sale (POS) system
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively in a team
- positive attitude and professional demeanor
Job Duties
- greet guests and provide attentive, friendly service
- take food and beverage orders and prepare breakfast items including specialty coffee drinks
- handle cash, credit/debit card, and room charge transactions accurately
- maintain a clean, organized, and stocked work area and front of house
- collaborate with kitchen and hotel staff to ensure smooth service
- adhere to brand standards, service guidelines, and safety certifications
- perform opening and closing duties to prepare and close the service area
