Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in food service preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • excellent communication skills
  • basic cash handling proficiency
  • ability to work early morning shifts
  • compliance with food safety certifications as applicable
  • ability to follow brand standards and operational procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment preferred
  • basic math and cash handling skills
  • ability to operate point of sale (POS) systems
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • customer service oriented
  • ability to follow detailed instructions and brand standards
  • knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

Job Duties

  • Greet and service restaurant guests according to brand standards
  • take accurate orders and serve a variety of breakfast items including specialty coffee drinks
  • handle cash and credit transactions using POS systems
  • maintain a clean and organized workspace and front-of-house areas
  • perform opening and closing side work per standards
  • collaborate with kitchen and hotel staff to ensure smooth and timely service
  • comply with food handling and safety certification requirements
