Job Requirements

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • ability to collaborate in a team environment
  • ability to stand and exercise mobility for extended periods
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
  • ability to push and pull food serving equipment and carts weighing up to 200 pounds
  • must be able to perform physical requirements consistently

Job Qualifications

  • Passion for preparing specialty coffees, tea, beverages and food items
  • good communication skills and enjoyment in engaging with guests
  • openness to learning, developing, and growing personally and assisting others
  • trustworthy and demonstrates integrity
  • luxury hotel experience considered a plus

Job Duties

  • Prepare all specialty coffee and tea drinks to the specified standards
  • provide guests with professional, friendly, and timely service
  • maintain the cleanliness of coffee equipment, counter, prep, stocking and menu knowledge
  • participate in ongoing service training of standards
  • provide a daily and weekly inventory of coffee, tea, beverages and supplies
  • polish silverware and glassware
  • deliver on guests' expectations and create WOW moments
  • perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope based on business needs
