- Strong communication skills

- Maintain a high standard of guest service even during peak hours
- Support coworkers and communicate openly with the team and leadership
- Show up on time and stay engaged throughout shifts
- Perform cleaning, stocking, and restocking stations diligently
- Actively learn new drink recipes and point-of-sale systems
- Balance making drinks, assisting guests, and keeping the work station clean
- Stay calm and prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods
