Job Requirements
- Availability to work weekday afternoon and evening shifts
- reliable and punctual attendance
- ability to stand for extended periods
- basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- willingness to learn and be flexible
- comply with health and safety regulations
- no prior experience required but preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in customer service or barista role preferred
- ability to operate cash register and handle monetary transactions
- knowledge of coffee brewing and beverage preparation
- certification as Starbucks Barista may be required at some locations
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- team-oriented and adaptable
Job Duties
- Greet customers
- take orders
- mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks
- record all sales and operate cash register handling cash, credit card, and electronic payments
- clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms, and preparation areas
- attend work and show up for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform other duties assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
