Working as a Barista, you will be at the forefront of delivering Peet’s signature handcrafted beverages that meet high standards of taste, appearance, and consistency. The role involves engaging with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, helping to drive sales through suggestive selling and product education, including offering samples to introduce customers to Peet’s diverse coffee and tea offerings.

This position offers flexible part-time schedules and competitive compensation, with a pay scale starting at $17.00 per hour plus the potential to earn additional income from tips ranging from $3.00 to $6.00 per hour. Employees working 21 hours or more per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance options, paid vacation accrual after four months of employment, and a 401k plan with generous matching contributions (for employees aged 18 and older).
