As a Barista and Counter Service team member, you will play a crucial role in delivering the hospitality standards The Buttery is known for. Your day-to-day responsibilities will range from greeting guests warmly and assisting them with their selections to accurately taking orders and handling transactions efficiently through the POS system. You will prepare and serve food and coffee beverages with care and consistency, ensuring every item meets the high standards of quality and presentation The Buttery upholds.

Maintaining cleanliness and organization in all front-of-house areas is essential to providing a welcoming environment. This includes keeping the counter, seating areas, and outdoor spaces presentable and restocking pastry displays and retail shelves. Additionally, you will support health, food safety, and sanitation protocols alongside your team, contributing to a safe and compliant workspace.
