Job Requirements
- must be authorized to work in the united states
- availability to work 25-30 hours per week

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- willingness to learn and complete barista training

- basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- participate in the comprehensive paid apprenticeship training program
- prepare and serve coffee and espresso beverages according to company standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
- provide excellent customer service exhibiting friendliness and genuine engagement
- learn and master signature coffee-making techniques
- assist in inventory and stock management
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
