Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience working in specialty coffee industry preferred
- specialized interest in coffee, retail, and the hospitality industry
- ability to objectively evaluate brewed coffee by smell and taste
- ability to maintain quality standards while managing a high-value workflow
- demonstrated ability to thrive in a hospitality-focused environment
- strong interpersonal skills
- able to work Monday through Saturday

Job Duties
- Welcome all guests immediately upon arrival and ensure their needs are met promptly
- maintain an excellent store environment through regular cleaning, restocking, and organization
- ensure all coffees remain dialed in through regular sensory evaluation and correct as necessary
- become highly knowledgeable of all products and standards by completing all training modules, educational sessions, and proficiency testing
- handle cash and card transactions using POS system
- assist with inventory including stocking and proper waste management
- complete custom corporate and customer gift basket orders
- perform routine maintenance and cleaning of coffee machines and other equipment
