Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous part-time or full-time experience in a similar role preferred
availability to work flexible hours including mornings and weekends
ability to stand for extended periods
excellent customer service skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in customer service or food and beverage roles preferred
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong interpersonal and communication skills
basic knowledge of coffee preparation

Job Duties

Greeting guests in a friendly, timely manner, directing guests to seating locations, assisting with cleaning and side work
preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks
providing a superb experience to all customers
delivering food and drink to residents
maintaining cleanliness of the barista and host areas
