We are currently hiring part-time Baristas and Cashiers for weekend shifts and weekday evening closing shifts. As a Barista and Cashier at Lava Coffee, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of hot and cold beverages according to specific recipes, maintaining a clean and stocked workspace, and providing outstanding customer service at the point of sale. The role involves afternoon closing shifts starting at 12:30 PM and sometimes opening or closing duties. You will ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards, assist in keeping the shop clean, and help maintain stock levels. Compensation ranges from $8.50 to $9.50 per hour with an additional opportunity to earn tips. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability, particularly if you are available to work weekends. Paid training and employee discounts are also included as part of our benefits package. This part-time position suits individuals with at least a high school education or equivalent and preferably one year of relevant experience as a barista or cashier.
