Job Requirements

High school education is preferred
Preferred 1 year restaurant or retail experience
Ability to obtain any required government licenses or certificates
Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance according to company standards
Must have regular attendance and flexibility to work varying schedules
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication skills

Job Qualifications

Education : Any combination of education and experience equivalent that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
High school education is preferred
Preferred (1) year restaurant/retail experience
Ability to obtain any government required licenses or certificates such as local health department certification and ABC control board certificate
CPR certification and/or first aid training
Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance as per standards

Job Duties

Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and have a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment
Prepare bubble tea drinks adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
Answer phones
Maintain a clean and organized work space so that team members can locate resources and product as needed
Assist with new team member training by reinforcing successful performance and encouraging coaching as needed
Take to go orders and handle payments accurately
Exhibit an outgoing, friendly and courteous demeanor
