Job Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for long durations during shifts
Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
Ability to maintain concentration and think clearly under pressure
Good coordination while serving orders quickly
Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision
Ability to work well cohesively with coworkers as part of a team
One to two years’ experience as a barista
Food handler’s certificate required

Knowledge of coffee and cocktail preparation techniques

Job Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso drinks, teas, and smoothies
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and supplies
Ensure high-quality standards in beverage preparation and presentation
Engage with customers to take orders, answer questions, and provide recommendations
Manage inventory, including ordering and restocking coffee beans, milk, and syrups
Assist in creating seasonal beverage specials and promotions
Craft a diverse range of cocktails, beers, and wines, adhering to recipes and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils
Keep track of inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed
Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
