Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and or holidays
  • Able to maintain store operating policies and standards including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds continuously throughout the shift
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to perform frequent twisting, bending, stooping, reaching, standing, walking, talking, hearing, seeing and smiling

Job Qualifications

  • No previous experience required
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays

  • Ability to adhere to store operating policies and standards including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety and security

Job Duties

  • Maintain calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and set a positive example for the shift team
  • Anticipate customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues
  • Communicate information to manager so the team can respond as necessary
  • Deliver legendary customer service by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with customers
  • Discover and respond to customer needs
  • Follow operational policies and procedures including cash handling and safety and security to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace so partners can locate resources and product as needed
  • Provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently by adhering to recipe and presentation standards
  • Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance
