As a Barista with Aramark, you will be the face of the brand, preparing specialty coffees, teas, and other beverages in accordance with brand standards while providing exceptional customer service. This role also includes assisting with food preparation, handling payments with accuracy, and maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment. You will operate registers and POS systems effectively, adhering to cash handling policies and ensuring all transactions are completed properly. A key part of this position involves greeting customers, anticipating their needs, and delivering unforgettable experiences that encourage loyalty and satisfaction. Responsibilities extend to stocking beverage coolers, restocking grab-and-go items, setting up and breaking down coffee stations, and following strict health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Aramark values employees who work independently with limited supervision, follow prescribed dress codes, possess basic math and counting skills, and hold food handling certifications as required. The physical demands of this role include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and prolonged standing or walking. Wearing uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE) may also be necessary depending on the worksite.
