The role of Bartender is integral to the execution of the restaurant and bar's overall operations. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Operational Manager or Supervisor, the Bartender will play a pivotal part in daily restaurant operations including the preparation and serving of drinks, assisting in training efforts, and supporting special events and catering functions. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- GED or high school diploma
- at least 1 year kitchen experience
- excellent verbal communication skills
- knowledgeable of proper food handling procedures

- good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Assist the F&B Operational Manager/Supervisor with the overall dining program and culinary experience
- daily operation of the restaurant and bar
- train new employees
- support catering and special events
- maintain knowledge of house cocktails and specialty drinks
- answer alcohol related menu questions from servers
- ensure sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies are followed
- present menu and suggest cocktails and food courses to patrons
- record patron orders and special dietary needs
- pick up and deliver orders from bar and kitchen
- maintain table settings
- open and pour wine tableside
- process payments and issue bills
