We are currently seeking passionate and motivated Baristas to join our vibrant team. Baristas are the frontline ambassadors of our brand, playing a crucial role in shaping the customer experience. This role involves more than just preparing coffee; it requires a genuine commitment to excellent customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members. Baristas greet every customer with a friendly attitude, embodying the principles of our 5 Steps of Customer Service to ensure satisfaction and repeat patronage. They are responsible for taking customer orders, preparing a variety of coffee and tea drinks according to precise recipes, and handling pastries and other menu items.

This position demands operational knowledge of all brewing equipment and an understanding of the overall workflow necessary to maintain efficiency and quality during busy periods. Baristas are expected to uphold cleanliness and organization across the cafe, including the service bar, dining area, bathrooms, and storage spaces, to meet health and safety standards. Responsibilities also include performing deep cleaning tasks on a scheduled basis, promptly reporting maintenance issues to management, and resolving any guest concerns with professionalism and calma. Flexibility to assume various roles such as register operator, floater, and main barista is essential to support the smooth running of daily operations.

Working as a Barista with us means joining a team that values cooperation, continuous improvement, and a strong work ethic. The role requires standing for extended periods and occasionally lifting items up to 50 pounds, making physical stamina and resilience important attributes. While previous barista experience is preferred, it is not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided.
